- Exam names and related marks such as SSC, UPSC, IBPS, RRB, NEET and others belong to their respective owners or authorities. Their use on SahiPhoto.in is for identification, reference and informational purposes.
No Liability for Rejected Applications
- SahiPhoto.in cannot guarantee that a file prepared using our tools will be accepted by an examination authority.
- We shall not be held responsible for application rejection, delays, missed deadlines or other consequences resulting from reliance on information or files prepared through this website.
- The applicant remains responsible for checking the final file and verifying the latest official requirements before submitting an application.
Image Processing & Report Attachments
- SahiPhoto provides tools for resizing, compressing, cropping and preparing photographs, signatures and documents according to selected specifications.
- Images uploaded for normal image processing are not stored by SahiPhoto after processing.
- The Report an Issue feature works differently. If you voluntarily attach a photograph, document or screenshot to a report, those files are stored so that we can investigate the reported problem, verify incorrect requirements and improve the relevant exam information or tool.
- Report attachments are used for troubleshooting and service improvement. Please do not upload passwords, OTPs, bank information, Aadhaar numbers or other unnecessary sensitive personal information.
- You are responsible for checking the information contained in any file before voluntarily submitting it with an issue report.
Uploading Images Is at Your Own Risk
- You upload files to SahiPhoto at your own discretion and risk. Before uploading an image, photograph, signature or document, make sure that you are comfortable using the service for that file.
- Do not upload passwords, OTPs, bank information, Aadhaar numbers, identity documents or other sensitive personal information unless it is genuinely necessary for the issue you are reporting.
- Where possible, remove, crop or hide unnecessary personal information before uploading a file or screenshot.
- You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to upload and use any file submitted through the website.
Report an Issue & Optional Attachments
- SahiPhoto allows users to report incorrect exam information or problems encountered while filling out an examination application.
- When submitting a report, users may optionally attach the actual photograph or document they attempted to submit and a screenshot of the error message displayed by the examination website.
- These attachments are provided voluntarily and are intended to help us understand the reported problem, investigate incorrect requirements and improve the relevant exam information or tool.
- Please remove or hide unnecessary personal information before submitting screenshots or documents. In particular, do not include passwords, OTPs, payment information or other sensitive information in a report.
- By submitting an attachment with a report, you acknowledge that the file is being provided to help investigate the issue and that you should only submit information you are comfortable sharing for that purpose.
