Why is my exam photo rejected even when it meets the requirements?
Published specs cover DPI, dimensions, file size and format, but portals sometimes fail for reasons those specs don't mention — compression behaviour, background detection, or the specific way a portal validates the file. A live session lets us see the actual error and work through it with you.

Will you ask for my password or OTP?
No. We will never ask for your exam-portal password. You should always enter OTPs yourself. We guide you while you stay in control of your own account.
Is my uploaded photo kept private?
Yes. Files submitted for support are handled separately from normal SahiPhoto processing and are stored privately for your case only.
Can you guarantee that the exam portal will accept my image?
No. SahiPhoto is an independent technical assistance service, not the exam authority. We help you troubleshoot the actual problem, but final acceptance is decided by the exam portal itself.
What happens if all support slots are full?
