Upload Assistance — Terms & Policy

What this service is

Upload Assistance is a paid, human-led technical troubleshooting call (up to 15 minutes) to help you resolve photo, signature, thumb impression or document upload issues on government exam application portals. SahiPhoto does not guarantee that the exam portal will accept your submission — final acceptance is always decided by the exam-conducting body, not by SahiPhoto.

What we will never ask for

Our support staff will never ask for your account password, OTP, UPI PIN, card/CVV details, or banking credentials. If you need to log in or take an action on your own account, you will do it yourself while sharing your screen — we will never ask to do it for you.

Refund & cancellation

If SahiPhoto is unable to provide you a support slot after payment is taken, you will be refunded automatically to your original payment method.
Once a session has been scheduled and conducted, the ₹25 fee is non-refundable, as it covers the expert's time regardless of whether the exam portal ultimately accepts your document.
If you miss your scheduled session without notice, you may contact us on WhatsApp to request a reschedule; this is at SahiPhoto's discretion.

What we store

We store your name, WhatsApp number, the exam name, a short description of your issue, and (if you choose to upload one) the original file you're having trouble with. Uploaded files are kept in private storage, accessible only to authorized SahiPhoto staff, and are automatically deleted after the retention period shown at booking time.
